I'm just trying to the IEC61850 testing of Ozoniser. The topic was already well chewed through, not getting anywhere but alone. I used the first time a breadboard, and up behind the transistors (BD 139 / 140) the build seems to work, too: a speaker clanks differently when I turn on the Poti but then nothing more works. Am I using the wrong parts? The FET is an IRF640n, the Z diode has a 12V, the other (free-wheeling diode?) is called BYV 95 c, from the scrap. What am I doing wrong? Would be nice if you would help me. How should the signal to the upper driver transistor come?
or are the bridges? The bases of the trannies are linked, as the emitter. Are the bridges? The wire comes from pin 3 of the 555 I meant the connection via the now "Medium Steg", looks as if the legs were bent by the transistor.
klemm then but the mosfet times off, plug in a speaker and the oscillator capacitor make greater
so 1-2µ ca
then what should be there to listen.
and the gedönse on the fet klemm off times, that should go too mitohne I've already tried that, until then, all in order to be seems. What do you mean "gedönse"? the diodes?
With the 1nF Kondi I get shemale polka Fiepe to the speaker after the between inaudible, and very nasty: x try schutzgedönse as I said, signal the first pin, even with the naked fet without the third after mass, and at the Middle pin prim after plus either still think it's broke, or the NT is in the ass, I try next.
Are the components in order?
IRF640N, 12V Z - diode and a Byv95c? There's still the perspective I'm missing. The DST I with a Hallogentrafo tested, is in order, even with the thin Drätchen that fit into the Breadboard. Because it is not so. Try it without the driver stage directly on the MOSFET
is it connected properly?
Although it yodels in the speakers, must not necessarily funzen a Transi it already think that the MOSFET is connected properly. Did you mean from the output of the 555 (pin 3) directly to the MOSFET (G)? Now I know the connections, as much as I have herumprobiert. ;)
Which is, as said, my first plug-in Board structure, because it probably lacks experience: oops:
Thank you very much for your help, but I put it aside for now and sleep over it. I'll look at once again in peace and rested the building.
Never thought Test equipment rentals this simple circuit can be so difficult.
